Rules

1. £5 fee per game entry, all entry fees will be put towards the overall jackpot. Multiple entries are acceptable however only one entry can win.

2. Pick a team from the list of Premier League fixtures for the round in question. If your team wins you progress to the next round, if your team draws or loses you are eliminated. The process continues until one remaining entry claims the jackpot.

3. The jackpot can only be claimed if we have one winner, if two or more remaining entrants all exit in the same round the jackpot will rollover to the next game.

4. You may not pick the same team more than once in a game (unless the game progresses past week 20). For example if you select Manchester United in round 1 you can’t select them again until the next game. If you do pick a duplicate team you will be eliminated.

5. All selections must be in by the stated deadline for each week.

6. If you are still in the game and have not made a selection by the stated deadline you will be allocated the first remaining team available to you alphabetically. For the avoidance of doubt the current alphabetical list is as follows: Arsenal, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Ipswich Town, Leicester City, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, Southampton, Tottenham Hotspur,  West Ham United, Wolverhampton Wanderers.

7. If a match is cancelled or postponed BEFORE the round deadline the game in question is removed from the round. If a selection is made and the game is postponded without a reselection being made then rule 6 will apply.

In the event that any match involving your selected team is cancelled, postponed or abandoned AFTER the round deadline you will continue through to the next round. However the team selected will not be available to you for the rest of the game. If such a scenario was to lead to only one entry remaining in the game that entry would have to select successfully in the following round in order to claim the jackpot.

8. The organiser reserves the right to combine, split up or omit game weeks depending on the density/frequency of fixtures.

9. If a participants team selection is either unclear or ambiguous the organiser reserves the right to nominate a team based on the nearest match from the alphabetical list.

10. Should a game not reach a conclusion by the end of season it will be suspended and recommence at the beginning of the next season. Any relegated teams that you have not used will be lost but promoted teams will then be available.
